MANCHESTER MARATHON on behalf of the charity Crohn’s and Colitis UK

Congratulations to our colleague Paul Terry, who recently completed the Manchester Marathon on behalf of the charity Crohn’s and Colitis UK.  Paul is our Deputy Operations Manager, at Menzolit in Burnley, and this was his first attempt at running the gruelling 26.2 miles (42.2 km) course.

Thanks to Paul’s training program, and his efforts on the day, a total of £2557 was raised for Crohn’s and Colitis UK.  Established in 1979 this is a charity that endeavours to improve the lives of people living with inflammatory bowel disease and drives pioneering research into the fight against Crohn’s and Colitis.

Thanks again to Paul for exemplifying the values of Menzolit in his commitment to both preparing for and completing the marathon, in encouraging the support of family, friends and colleagues and in making a significant contribution to such a worthwhile cause.
